Can you show us an overview of your machines, starting from those for powder and granular, and briefly present their main features?

Our MAN tape mixers have capacities ranging between 10 and 5,000 liters and can intimately mix more substances, whether they are powders or granules of equal or different specific weight with homogeneous dispersions of 1: 90000 in about 10 ‘ of dispersion. The fields of application, in addition to pharmaceuticals, are many: chemical, food, cosmetics, textiles and many others. Also dual-cone mixers for powders and granulates type MAB – MAV are extremely versatile in applications. Simple to use and easy to clean, their capacity ranges between 5 and 4.000 liters and they are particularly suitable for mixing multiple batches of similar powders. In sectors where it is required to mix within a single containing unit, without the aid of external organs of onerous and difficult cleaning (stirrers etc.) we suggest the use of MGF drum rotators able to mix drums of 50/100/200/300 Lt, for convenience, affordability, and flexibility of use. We have added to our range new equipment, GRN oscillating granulator/calibrator. Finally a product of considerable interest is the vibrating sieve in depression available in two models: VRC60 and VRC90; these units have already been used successfully by some of the best known pharmaceutical companies, chemical, cosmetic and food companies of Italy and Europe.

What is it and how does it work?

It is an installation consisting of three machines (vibrating sieve, mixer and pneumatic transport that create depression) and is basically a sieve that, through one or more nets, allows the operator checking the product before it is blended, all without dispersing powder into environment. It can be expected in production facilities in their design stage or can be installed on existing systems, offering maximum flexibility and higher standard of quality to the whole production system. Our design office is available for customers to explore together the best way to place the sieve in their production system.

What is the equipment for liquids and emulsions?

One of the flagships of Novinox is production technology for sterile solutions in aseptic locations. Our dissolvers, reactors, preparers and facilities for the production of sterile and injectable solutions are designed following the technological innovation of the aseptic sector, of high purity technologies and regulations in law (cGMP and ready for FDA validations). They are manufactured according to P.E.D. (Pressure Equipment Directive) standards and are supplied with heating/cooling jacket, magnetic drive agitator and components for process control. Their capacities range from 5 to 15,000 liters and materials are stainless steel AISI 304L, AISI 316L. The fields of application are: pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, fermentation, chemistry, electronics, water WFI-PW-DEMI, solutions with suspensions, injectable solutions, sterile eye drops, syrups, cultures etc. Similar design and construction features are common to other equipment for liquids, oil stages, creams and gels: melters, dissolvers, emulsifiers, agitators and reactors (atmospheric, under pressure, column). With capacities ranging from 5 to 20,000 liters, they are used in pharmaceutical and chemical field, biotechnology, fermentation, solutions and suspensions, varnishes, resins, oil phases, coating solutions for tablets (sugar coating).
